Pitures by JAMES VYN
FOTOGEN ANNIVERSARY Second day in Zürich, we had that day quite a lot of meetings and events and were kind of rushing from one place to another, luckily we found a little while to sit down and rest at the Park Hyatt before the Fotogen event in Sihlcity, thanks to Guerlain for this lovely invitation. We had a couple of drinks at the fresh air ( it feels so strange to sit outside, last week I was wearing a huge coat and now it feels like summer, that's a serious weather swing). Then it was time to leave for the event. Guerlain held a lovely pink lounge, embelished by posters of their upcoming frangance. We were able to eat little candies which tasted actually like the ingredients of the perfume itself, roses and licorice. It was such a lovely night and it was really nice to meet the girls from Guerlain We didn't stay very long because we were very tired, but still had enough time to enjoy the evening. I was wearing that day a Windsor dress, I kind of felt like a mermaid in it. Beeing a total fan of the mint colour I really felt in love with the dress as soon as I saw it. And of course, the dos-nu is the cherry on the top. I matched the dress to nude and golden elements, such as the Steve Madden heels, the BCBG maxazria clutch anf the Minusey necklace.

NACRE This is going to be a long post, but it means I have got a lot to show you, which is I think is quite a good thing isn't it? A couple of days ago, James and I were invited in Zürich to discover the new Armani Privé frangance ''Nacre''. I have always loved the Armani scents and of course I was thrilled to discover en avant-première the new mysterious juice. We arrived at the Renaissance hotel and were welcomed by the lovely Margharita who introduced us a bit to the perfume and brought us to the Armani suite where an Armani frangance expert was about to give us a little frangance lesson. The Armani Privé line was born in 2004, made of a line of exclusif perfumes. The key is the the ingredients, the notes are more subtle and the frangances are made of pure essentials, no more than 6 luxurious notes, less is more. For the second time, Armani Privé is launching a new haute couture perfume which is a special edition, meaning that there will be only 1000 bottles. Inspired by the last Armani fashion show, the frangance plays around the elegance and beauty of the mother-of-pearl. Inspired by the light and the ocean, Giorgio Armani created a frangance which suggest the evasion. When I first smelled the perfume, I instantly saw a woman, a modern mermaid with her long lace dress covered in pearls, I saw the sea and felt the breeze. The main notes are the Iris and Musc, which makes it a very light and feminin frangance. What also amazed me, is the fact that the bottle is entirely hand-made, this adds a very authentic and unique aspect to the creation. The perfume will be released during the month of June, I was so happy to get a little sample of it and will keep it religiously in my make-up box.

The weather in Zürich was phenomenal, I had to wear an outfit that screams spring. I just got these amazing pants from Minusey, and I am entirely and endlessly in love. The print is perfect and the shape is so comfortable. I paired them to my new shows from Zara, which I think are my must have for this spring ( I can already sense that I'll wear them all the time). A white t-shirt, plus white blazer matched to a royal blue Vince Camutto clutch and a Minusey necklace. After the Armani presentation, James and I went to Hiltl, an incredible vegeterian food buffet where we had a little healthy meal. Too much healthy isn't good for health, so I decided to grow a bit of tummy with some Sprüngli macarons, and don't regret it. Yum yum.
